Keyen’s journey from a Division I-AA football player to a high-achieving coach is nothing short of inspiring.

Keyen opened up about the pivotal moment in his life when a neck injury ended his football career and forced him to confront his true passions beyond the analyst world he initially aimed for. He shared how reading "The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton set him on a path to creating his own heaven on earth and helping others do the same.

We discussed the value of growing up in the Midwest and how it shapes individuals with a strong work ethic and humility. Ian pointed out that while these values are grounding, they can also hinder self-promotion and embracing one's achievements. He emphasized the importance of recognizing and owning one's talents and successes.

Keyen also touched on the challenges of breaking away from the support and expectations of family to establish his own identity and path in life. He believes that understanding oneself is crucial before committing to a career or relationship.
