We did finally get onto F1, to discuss the news we couldn't fit into the Japanese GP review - Pierre Gasly will fulfill Adam's prediction of moving to Alpine (just two years too late) and De Vries will finally get his shot in a full-time seat with AlphaTauri.

It's the second Drugovich disagreement of the year between Adam and Nigel, while Freddie is heard beamed in all the way from Brands Hatch - nearly.

And we get some Austin chat at the end too, Nigel has his say on whether it's worth taking an engine penalty at CotA.
