The Social Web Wine Word of the Week - Sur Lie

Sur lie is a French term that means "on the lees." Lees are the dead yeast cells and other sediment that fall to the bottom of a wine barrel or tank after fermentation. Sur lie aging is the practice of aging wine in contact with its lees.

The Social Web is helping small businesses untangle the web of social media marketing.

Wines we enjoyed this week: Rodney Strong Chardonnay and Daou Chardonnay.
