Kevin Walters has been in the real estate industry since 2005, and he has specialized in foreign investors since early 2009. After working with hundreds of foreign investors and selling over 500 properties, he decided to take a break from real estate and consider other opportunities in late 2012 but was dragged back into it in mid-2013.

In 2013, he visited Costa Rica, an amazing country with beautiful and friendly people, but he did not see the opportunity for true success of investment properties for foreign investors... at the time. When he returned in 2015, he noticed significant improvements in roadwork, new and very clean restaurants, bars with people in them, brand new municipal vehicles such as dump trucks, buses, and, most notably, high-end automobiles.
