Matt Rosensteele is President of the Board of Directors of the Nandamojo Watershed Protection Association and a member of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors.

Matt and his wife Ann Marie spent a year as independent brokers with their own business, Latitude 10 Realty, after four years with Coldwell Banker Tamarindo Realty from 2017 to 2021.

In 2022, Matt returned to the Coldwell Banker family, this time as owner-broker and partners with Larry Graziano in founding a new brokerage, Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty.

In this episode, he shared the common misconceptions about moving to Costa Rica and doing business in this beautiful country. The opportunities are great but thorough planning is also required!
