Day 3! Did you know you can have self-directed RRSPs that you can lend out as mortgages? This is one easy way to earn some passive income while taking advantage of the tax deferral that comes with RRSPs. In Canada, this is mostly limited to @olympia.trust.cgp and Community Trust.
