Floyd discusses how he ended up in rugby and broke barriers down with position and team leadership roles. Floyd reflects on playing in the 80's as a black man and how he had to overcome bias to aim for the top. Floyd then look to explain the other half of his life as a teacher and how he broke down glass ceilings in that field too.
