The road to the legalization of Marijuana is beginning with Louisiana State Rep, Richard Nelson in Mandeville Louisiana.  I started this video interview in a lighthearted way, but there are many serious aspects and pieces of information in this interview that Representative Nelson does a very good job in explaining in a serious way. He not only explains the process, and professionally points out some very important facts, he explains why now and some very compelling reasons it may be good timing for Louisiana. But before we talk about that, he tells us about a few other pieces of legislation he is bringing forth and offers some very interesting pieces of information that I think many people will find as interesting if not more compelling. Either way this interview has a lot of serious information that I think will inform, enlighten, and show the path this legislation will take before it is legal.
