Finding Freedom With Elizabeth Franklin Best

I have found and am begining to realize that all too often the concept of "lock em up," can often times lead to crossing the line of when we should lock up people and when it is better to find ways to help them with a second chance.  And crossing that fine line can often times lead to worse problems in society and gives more power to the government to have more control over everyone's freedom in the future.
