Accountability, ethics and shifting the coaching industry to be rooted in relationships and skill before profit with Thaís Sky

//WHATS IN TODAYS EPISODE:
Join Natalie Brite and Thaís Sky in a conversation around instilling accountability, ethics and relationships into the fabric of your coaching business. This episode will support service providers, coaches, mentors, and space holders in moving away from the linear, capitalist and individualist approach to coaching that is driven by profit to a approach rooted in connecting to peoples human experiences, cultivating a strong coaching skillset with support of accountability, and embracing an interdependent approach to supporting others.

Thaís Sky is a truthspeaking, edge-dwelling, trauma informed life coach and teacher whose multifarious approach to healing has transformed the lives of hundreds of women worldwide. She offers her thoughts weekly on a podcast called RECLAIM and for over a decade Thaís has coached visionaries, seekers and cycle breakers who are ready to reclaim their worthiness and take up greater space in the world through her 1-1 work as well as her year-long signature program, Worthy Women Rise. Recently she has started mentoring coaches who want to deepen their work responsibly. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and infuses psychoanalytic theories, social justice, family systems and mindfulness practices into her approach to tending what she calls the worthiness wound. You can learn more about her at IamThaisSky.com or find her at just about everywhere on social media at @IamThaisSky.
