Stephanie and Nia, a Colombian American entrepreneur, discuss the importance of developing a global mindset, letting go of cultural stereotypes, and interacting with different cultures through both personal experiences and from the many women Nia works with. Nia is the president of Shinca Group, a company that develops comic books, animation, video games, TV shows & movies in Hollywood. As the Co-Founder of Koyamada International Foundation (KIF), with her husband Shin Koyamada, a non-profit organization, she strives to empower women and students in Japan, the US and Colombia to achieve their dreams.
