I know us social animals are SO READY to be back in person again - going on awful dates, Shavasana in a room full of sweaty, hot yogis, kissing strangers at concerts - No? Just me? ;) This might be making you a little anxious about "How do I even talk to people again?" or "What the do I do with my mouth?" You are not alone, my fellow socially awkward friend!

Desmond Scott is a stage-trained actor, singer, fashion & fitness model who can also dance and.....okay, this guy's got some tips for us! Des has worked through (literally, at workshops) the fears & discomfort of communication, stage fright, and putting yourself out there and he's ready to help us "normies" (aka socially anxious civilians) overcome these, too.
