I stumbled on a tweet from a person named Sarah in California on Black Friday. She was railing against the fraud department that told her their investigation of fraud and identity theft which happened across the country would take 60 business days! That's 3 months! 


Someone went into Bank of America Branches in NYC claiming to be her, and cashing checks totaling thousands without an account number, debit card or a teller viewing an ID. I reached out to Sarah, who seemed hesitant to believe I can help. She finally took a chance and talked to me after being stonewalled by Bank of America.


Armed with only the information that BofA supplied her, most of which was blocked out by Sarah for security reasons, I took a look at what happened and in one hour, I saw what the crooks did, and what Bank of America DIDN'T do for their customer. Being an employee in NM, you are cross-trained on everything, because there are no people helping at times, so I taught myself how to pinpoint fraud and honestly when Bank of America is lying and screws customers with these fraud claims. I have 179 people who I've helped since the year started with similar stuff. Bank of America - I paid attention to my training, and will use it to prove you burn your own clients!


I promised Sarah I would get her money back in one week... How about one day!?!? HAHAHA


VIGILANTE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOT HER MONEY LIBERATED, AND SHE GOT AN APOLOGY from Bank of America for what happened. I did what 100 fraud claims analysts couldn't and wouldn't do.. Help Sarah. I am simply the best banker, and BofA, you will regret letting me go. It will continue like this.
