There are 5 myths that people believe about Accountants and this is my twist on them.
Obviously, the big one is about how accountants are dull, grey and boring.

I don't think I am, and I'm an accountant.

Ok. So let’s break it down

Dull - means lacking brightness, interest, or excitement.

Well, I like to dance and sing.
I make beautiful handmade cards and enjoy drinking and partying.

Grey - without interest or character; dull and nondescript.

I have never worn grey, in fact, I did think about wearing my brightest waistcoat to prove it, but I decided that the brightness might actually distract you from my words.

I couldn't say I don't have grey, because obviously, I do.
I have, as you can see, grey hair.
To me that's just a sign of maturity (not old age).
I could do something about it, but I quite like it.

Boring - not interesting; tedious.

I don't consider myself boring.
I love Simon's cat.
Anyone who owns a cat can just see exactly where the guy is coming from.
I have three of my own and they keep me endlessly amused.
