Beth Linksey has had a long career in and out of food. She's worked as a photographer's assistant, an apparel buyer for Sears Roebuck, and a corporate caterer, but is best known for her jam company, Beth's Farm Kitchen, which she ran for 36 years. She was an early member of the Union Square Greenmarket and is a board member of the Fulton Stall Market.
