Malaysian authorities have banned the International Sex Robot Symposium, so this week took it upon ourselves to have the discussion that could have happened. Screw you, Malaysia-- science wins. They win by creating fucking machines. Our conversation begins in today's toy world, with sex toys currently on the market. We discuss Fleshlights & the female counterparts that resemble jackhammers (currently available on Amazon). The conversation moves on to the current high end market RealDoll (originated by Abyss Creations LLC, which have made appearances on HBO, TLC, Discovery, and the movie "Lars & the Real Girl" starring Bradley Cooper). And then there is Roxxxy by TrueCompanion -- a sex robot with programmable personalities and a sign of where things are headed. Social robots are already here with the invention of the Roomba. Well, the sexy version of a Roomba is headed our way, and we need to know how far will this Brave New World of pleasure go? People are constantly losing jobs to robots-- will the world's oldest profession be equally threatened? Every movie has a cynical view of the advancement of A.I. ... are scientists creating Stepford Wives? iRobots? The Terminator? And of course, there's also the issue of consent once these robot sex slaves gain awareness.

About the Whormones Podcast

The Whormones podcast is an anti-feminist, feminist podcast where two completely different points of view of sexuality, feminism, and life are discussed. The politically incorrect humor and witty banter featuring Alia Janine’s wilder and more sexually experienced interpretations, and Jaqi Furback’s biting and more conservative demeanor makes these two the modern day odd couple.
