Today we get to speak with an amazing artist AND entrepreneur, Satchel Raye, long-time owner of the famous Satchel's Pizza in Gainesville, FL!

Satchel has been in the restaurant/pizza business for a while, from washing dishes to being front of house and even making the pizzas. He realized after leaving UF that art was his passion and tried to figure out how he could do what he loves, but also be able to make a living.
