Downward Spiral - L'Affaire Matticks and the Poitras Commission / WKT3 #15

In 1997 Lawrence Poitras, was asked by the Quebec provincial government to look into the investigative practices of its police force, the Surete du Quebec. Specifically there were allegations of evidence tampering during a drug investigation, and indications that the SQ's high command attempted to derail an internal investigation into the matter that has simply become known as The Matticks Affair.
