The Sword of the Spirit Part 2

What would it mean to a soldier to be sent into battle unarmed- The good soldier of God must have confidence and competence in God's Word in order to stand in the battle. The only offensive weapon listed in the -whole armor of God- is the -Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.- This of course is referring to the Bible. If the Christian is in doubt regarding the reliability of the Bible, they cannot confidently wield it in the spiritually battle, and stand essentially unarmed.
