380. When people are afraid, they turn to a dictator

When there's unrest, when there's chaos, when there's crime, and when there's violence, people naturally turn to a dictator, a strongman, to do something about it. To stop it. This isn't American. But it's a human impulse. And we have to defeat that impulse this year.
