In this week’s show we’re joined by the amazing Julie Hamilton, Brand Ambassador of the independent bottler Elixir Distillers, who guides us through a bottling each from two of their exciting brands, Single Malts of Scotland and Port Askaig. Julie also gives us an insight into what goes into sourcing these unique whiskies as well as shares with us the world of the Whisky Clubs she plays a part in. The Whisky God also joins in with our Burns night festivities by giving us an awesome poetry reading as well…. what’s not to love??
