David Rabin is one of New York City’s most successful restauranteurs. After being heavily involved in the boom in nightlife in the early 1990’s in New York City, Rabin was hired to open up the first (and the best) Western-style supper club in 1993 in Russia. From his time in Russia, Rabin has unbelievable stories - some of which he reveals in this episode. Rabin is now back in New York City and currently a main partner with The Lambs Club, The Skylark, JIMMY at the James, Café Clover, as well as a consultant for The Venetian.
