Pádraig Smith is General Manager of the Colorado Rapids in Major League Soccer. His role includes overseeing all soccer operations, including the coaching and technical staff, player acquisitions, domestic and international scouting, the development academy, and the club’s feeder teams. Prior to joining Rapids, Pádraig spent three years working with UEFA’s Financial Analysis Group, and worked for the Football Association of Ireland.

Ben Darwin is a former Australian Rugby international, playing 28 times for the Wallabies. During a World Cup semi-final against the All Blacks, Ben suffered a career-ending neck injury. Ben went on to coach in Australia and Japan, before becoming CEO of Gain Line Analytics, a company that uses data analysis and quantitative research to explore team cohesion.
