This week Sam is joined by Roger Bretherton.

Together they explore belief and faith by asking:

* What makes Roger believe that Christianity, as he practices it, is the best way to live?

* Are the teachings of Jesus from Jesus or are they theological constructs developed later?

* Does Christianity hold 'the answers', and if it does, is it because Christianity is true or because it points to a deeper narrative that is true?

This is the first of many conversations Roger and Sam have planned, and we are delighted to begin sharing them with you all :)

Roger's Bio: Dr Roger Bretherton is Principal Lecturer for Enterprise in the School of Psychology at the University of Lincoln. He worked as a  clinician, manager and trainer in the NHS for over a decade, and joined the University of Lincoln in 2007, where he specialises in coaching and positive psychology.
