This week is a bonus episdoe I'm doing for my annual birthday podcast. If you haven't listened to last years it was "10 Mottos I Live By" and this year I am adding on to that with "My Top % Anti-Aging Hacks"

I prioritize these 5 things to look and feel younger every year.

I talk about exercise, breathwork, importance of oxygen, mitochondrial health, lymphatic system, stretching, detoxing, anti-inflammatory foods, oxidative stress cells, and my obsession with anti-oxidents. And thats just the tip of the iceberg.

In my 20's I was diagnosed with Hashimotos, Post Birth Control Syndrome, Celiac and severe Gut Dysbiosis. By 30, I reversed both Automimmune conditions (right as I was being diagnosed for my 3rd), and proved that focusing on these 5 Hacks would be the key to me feeling younger at 36 than I did in my 20's.
