It tricks your mind because how it looks is deceptive to how it tastes, but in a good way. Its also, in my opinion, the most ideal pizza for delivery.
Jon and Kayta are the owners of Dopo in Oakland and the newly opened Pollara Pizzeria. While its not the most ideal time to start a restaurant, I'm confident in their ability to take on pizza al talgio and that their restaurant will outlive this pandemic.
