Brigid Benson is on track to become a physician's assistant student who is on a mission to provide care and resources for mental health in the community of Phoenix.

In this week's episode, I sit down with my friend Brigid Benson, a student of psychology and pre-PA student who is passionate about a new movement in the medical community; psychedelic assisted therapy. We discuss the differences and similarities between ceremonial psychedelic sessions versus the clinical setting. Later in the episode we get into what it means to show up as a support for those struggling with mental health problems.
