Arizona gyms were making efforts to reopen safely before the state again forced most of them to close about a month ago, displacing tens of thousands of employees and hundreds of thousands of clients.

Mountainside Fitness CEO Tom Hatten has been fighting for the health, safety, and well-being of his employees and clients in his lawsuits against the state. Today's court ruling may have represented some good news for the Arizona fitness industry.
