More About Dez:
Dez DeCosta was raised in Hawaii and moved to Las Vegas with $500 and a dream to build something she could call her own. With her natural edge for creativity and storytelling, she went on to study Business Marketing at Nevada State College. During her time there she was elected student body president, which opened many doors to community collaborations. Her high achieving entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found two marketing agencies, which she eventually branched off into founding her podcast agency Positivecasts. 

Dez has produced and launched multiple podcasts that have reached Top 200 Ranking. She is passionate about fostering podcasts as an outlet to express positivity, a medium for learning and personal development. She creates change by advocating positive content, learning opportunities, and impactful storytelling. Dez is also the host of the Positive AF podcast, a show that dives into the journey of living a positive life and the challenges one must navigate to attain personal peace. In each episode, she holds space for important conversations surrounding self-love, social change, navigating entrepreneurial journeys, and making an impact.
