Realizing what impact we have on people can sometimes put a burden on our shoulders. Constantly feeling like we can't stop or give up, not even for ourselves to take a break. Him and I discuss how we handle that and how we have found that, no matter what, we should ALWAYS put ourselves first. Not only for ourselves, but for those that look up to us.
