In this episode I have the pleasure of having our very first ACTIVE duty police officer on the show. His name is Allen Crisp, better known as Officer Krispy to those that follow him on social media.
Allen is a police officer, working as such, for now almost 20+ years. Him and I dive into how he found himself becoming a police officer and what has kept him in the career. He gives us a look into what it is like to be in the profession, with everything going on in the world today, and how he has managed to continue to do the job to the best of his abilities.
Aleen and I also dive into the mental health aspects of the job for him. What it is that he has found that allows him to destress, and when he realized that his mental health was something that needed to be taken care of.
We bust each others balls a bit, but also share stories of how the working relationship between PD and FD are just as strong as the brother and sisterhood within our perspective jobs.
