Episode 27: Felicia Marcus

Felicia Marcus is a visiting fellow with the Water in the West program at Stanford University, as well as a founding member of the Water Policy Group.

I think there was a bit of denial where folks felt like they had planned for a three-year drought, and they were fine. It’s like, “Dude–we could have a 10- or a 40-year drought.” So that’s not good enough. We kind of [need] to amp it up.
