When you learn to not give a fuck about the things that don’t matter, you’ll be better equipped to focus on the things that do matter.

Here are four tips to help you not give a fuck and live a good life:

1. Identify your priorities

The first step to not giving a fuck is to figure out what matters to you. Start by listing the things in your life that are most important. Then figure out which of those things you can let go.

2. Prioritize your time

When you’re trying to not give a fuck, it’s important to focus your time on the things that are important to you. Make sure that you’re spending your time on the things that are going to make you happy.

3.Set boundaries

If something isn’t important to you, don’t let it consume your time and energy. Set boundaries and limit the amount of time that you spend on things that don’t matter.

4. Persevere

If something is important to you, don’t give up on it. Persevere and continue to focus your energy on the things that are important to you.
