Paula is a licensed clinical professional counselor, certified grief educator, hospice vigil volunteer, consultant, speaker, and author of the book, “Grieving: A Spiritual Process for Catholics.” The book provides practical and reassuring information on how to grieve in healthy ways, lots of examples and ideas, and gentle spiritual support for anyone (not just Catholics) who have experienced the death of a loved one – or those who want to learn how to support them.
