In this week’s Mountain East Conference spotlight, we talk with one of the best pitchers in all of the MEC, the University of Charleston’s Austin Henrich. Austin has started for the back to back conference champion Golden Eagles in each of his first three seasons, and was 1st in the conference in innings pitched, third in strikeouts, and posted a 3.74 ERA in 2019 on his way to an All-MEC honorable mention season. Listen as he recalls his prolific career and looks forward to his senior year in 2021.
