Ep. 16

Sitting down with us to explore the mind, body, and spirit connection is yoga instructor and practitioner Kavita Sundar.

We'll go over how one develops a practice - in whatever activity gets you into the zone - as well as how yoga can be seen as aways happening. We gush about how important breathing is and how we should strive to take the time to observe the present moment. In addition we discuss all the ways Rainbow Connection holds inclusive, productive safe spaces for those looking to participate more with the community around them.

You can find Kavita's personal yoga here (https://www.facebook.com/kavitasundaryoga/), or you can check out Rainbow Connection's Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/RainbowConnectionEdmonton/) or their Twitter (https://twitter.com/Rainbow_YEG) in order to try their Monday night yoga classes or any of the other events they offer!
