We go through this groundbreaking film seeking out the ways in which it accurately predicted our current timeline, stuff that didn't quite happen, and for the things we would carry over into our own 2019. Sufficed to say: this Japanese cyberpunk psychic-god-boy story got a surprising amount of things right, or at least less dystopian than the world we currently live in.
