The Road to Jesus’ Return | Hope Unveiled (Week 7)

 We reach now the pivotal turning point in the book of Revelation. Up to now, things have moved along nicely. We have seen John describe his amazing visions of the risen Christ, of the Lamb, and of God’s throne. We have also seen Jesus’ interaction with the seven churches and how these mini-letters impact us today. But now things are going to get more and more intense. In chapter 6, Jesus releases the ’seal judgements’, which are the first of 3 sets of 7 trials, or tribulations to prepare the way for his return. This week, we discuss how these seals represent trends that characterize life on earth in the lead up to Jesus’ second coming.
