Welcome to Wellness With Amy, with me, Amy Osborne!

In this podcast I am going to share my own journey with you following a lifetime of disordered eating, anxiety, depression and trauma which all lead to me becoming a qualified personal trainer, nutrition coach & life and wellness coach who coaches clients to achieve their goals and create a happier and healthier life for themselves by changing their negative mindset and teaching them that living a healthy and happy life isn’t as difficult as it seems!

This podcast is for anyone who has spent the majority of their life wishing they had a different body because of diet culture which values thinness over happiness, people who struggle with self-love and acceptance, people who feel guilty for eating the foods they love, people who have a lot more negative things to say about themselves than positive things, people who know they aren’t living to their full potential because their limiting beliefs are holding them back, and people who just want to be happier and healthier in their life, this podcast is for you!
