Rusty was "an obese, drunk, binge-eating, bad-decision-making, guy."

He then tried running, 5k's to ultramarathons, and had a personal trainer but only lost about 30lbs.

After getting injured from overdoing exercise, he got into nutrition and just focusing on being healthy instead of losing weight, and dropped another 50lbs (total 85lbs lost, then put on 25lbs of muscle).
