Wellington's Mayor promises to take a tough approach to disruptive protesters.


Four Restore Passenger Rail protesters glued their hands to state highway one yesterday, before being arrested.


The group conducted multiple protests at the end of last year, calling for more investment into rail services.


Tory Whanau wants to meet with the group and told Nick Mills she agrees with the message -- but strongly condemns their actions.
