Previous Episode: How To Move Without Pain
Next Episode: Journey of Becoming

As you move into your 40's, 50's and 60's do you feel young at heart and full of life? I know that's how I feel at 56! As we get older, many of us are asking ourselves how to age gracefully and that's what I'm talking about with Teresa Townsend today. Teresa was on the podcast a few months ago talking about mindset and health during Menopause. Today she and I are talking about pushing back on the lie that many people believe - that life stops at a certain age and you've missed your chance to do what makes you feel alive.

One of my favorite age gracefully quotes that Teresa shares in the episode is, "find what lights you up, then go and find your people and get around them." Life DOESN'T stop once we hit a certain age. You can continue to discover what lights you up, learn new skills and continue to grow and transform. Anyone who tells you otherwise isn't really living, are they?

You can either choose to spend the next 20, 30, 40 years moaning about your age, or you can choose to start living now and enjoying being this age. What will you decide?

I know you're going to feel lit up from the inside after listening to this episode. Send me an email and let me know what ways you're pushing against the aging lie!
