Stephanie Simbari is one helluva role model; hilarious, genuine, real, raw and wiser than her botox would suggest. Talking to Stephanie was like talking to a long lost friend, but I'm not sure if it's because I've always thought we were similar or because I've been listening to her podcast That's so Retrograde for years now.
Dating isn't a topic the That's So Retrograde girls talk much about, because they have bigger fish to fry, so I thought I'd get Stephanie on here to discuss life in her shoes out in LA when it comes to the journey of finding Mr. Right.
Here we talk online dating, "the before times," as she calls it, admitting we have needs and claiming them, embracing the space that covid has created for us in giving us a new chance to take our time, life after death, synchronicities, as well as relationship dynamics and releasing expectations. There's WAY more to it, but I don't want to give away any spoilers.
Who else misses comedy shows? I don't think five minutes go by throughout this entire hour conversation without some comedic relief. Not a bad way to spend your Valentine's Day weekend, amiright?
