Rachel and Jacinta speak to two legends in Victorian politics in the lead up to International Women's Day on 8 March - former MP and leader of the Reason Party (formerly known as Sex Party), Fiona Patten, and newly elected MP representing the Legalise Cannabis Party, Rachel Payne.

Rachel Payne is a member of the Victorian Legislative Council representing the South-Eastern Metropolitan area since November 2022 and a member of Legalise Cannabis Victoria.

Fiona Patten was a member of the Victorian Legislative Council between 2014 and 2022, representing the Northern Metropolitan Region until she lost her seat at the last state election in 2022. She recently received an honourable mentioned by the McKinnon Prize Shortlisting Committee, an independent, non-partisan award that acknowledges outstanding political leadership across the political spectrum.

Rachel and Fiona, who have worked together for a number of years, discuss their experiences as women in leadership positions, in the Parliament of Victoria, and what they hope to see in the future.
