As one of the first 'play to earn' games on the blockchain, you are able to earn crypto just from playing it. Rare individual Axie's are selling for upwards of $100k a piece and are themselves tradable and breedable NFTs. This certainly looks like the next wave within the NFT space and the wider Metaverse.
