Brandon Hicks bought his first investment property in 2007 and has been a full-time real estate investor since 2019. Prior to that he had 15 years of experience in manufacturing and owned and operated a residential and commercial painting company. He got his start in real estate as a part-time sales agent from 2004 to 2011, at which time he gave up his license to focus on investing in rental properties.

The drive to build and accomplish something bigger than he could on his own lead him to commercial real estate and to the creation of HZ Capital Partners, LLC. Through this partnership, he and his 3 partners invest in self-storage and industrial properties.
