In this episode, we will be discussing the Broaddus family, who in 2014 were about to move in to their dream home on 657 Boulevard in Westfield, New Jersey. However, the house had a keeper, and the Broaddus' began to receive notes in their mailbox from someone calling themselves "The Watcher" saying that they had guarded the house for generations in anticipation of the "young blood" that would come from a family with children.
