Fearless
Matthew 21:46, “They wanted to arrest Him, but they were afraid to try because the crowds considered Jesus to be a prophet.”
Luke 19:47-48, They “were looking for a way to destroy Him, but they could not find a way to do it, because all the people were captivated by what they heard.”
Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you…”
2Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given you a spirit of fear…”
Psalm 23:4, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil…”
Psalm 27:1, "The Lord is my light & my salvation, whom shall I fear?”
Deuteronomy 31:8, "He will never leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”
John 14:27, “Peace I leave w/ you. My peace I give to you… Your heart must not be troubled or fearful.”

Galatians 1:10—You can’t be a people pleaser & a servant of Christ.

Fearing people can lead you to deny Jesus.
God’s opinion of you (or anything else) makes man’s opinion irrelevant.
Isaiah 51:12, “I—yes I—am the One who comforts you. So why are you afraid of mere humans who wither like the grass & disappear?”
Hebrews 13:6—"The Lord is my Helper; so I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?”
Psalm 56:4, “O God, I praise You. I trust in God so why should I be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?”
Proverbs 29:25 “Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but to trust the Lord means safety.”
Matthew 10:28, “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear Him who can destroy both soul & body in hell.”
1) Turn off the “news”
2) Take God at His word
3) Learn to walk in the Spirit
4) As soon as you recognize it, confess & repent
5) Question your fear of man
6) Understand & grow in the fear of the Lord
