1 Corinthians 16:19-20—“You are not your own, you were bought at a price.”

I may have a lead role in the narrative of my life, but it is God who is the main character.

What God reveals He intends to heal.

Taking over as the author, and “choosing our own adventure”, only leads to endings He never authored.

His name is Author AND FINISHER.

If we will hand Him the pen, He gets the final word.

Our story is meant to be His autobiography.

“For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10

“I will not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” Psalm 118:17

Not one page of my story will ever be wasted.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.” Revelation 12:11

Pastor Steven Furtick says, “You need to start telling yourself your own story. Start there. And then never stop telling yourself your testimony. Sometimes there’s no more important testimony. Sometimes you need to walk your present self into your past & introduce it to the God who was in order to remind yourself of who He is and who He will be.”
