John Rubino joins the Wealth Preservation Podcast to share the unconventional story of how his business was formed. Many entrepreneurs see a need in the market. John saw the success he was already having, using real estate investments for accredited investors, and figured starting a real estate investment business would open the door for others to join in the fun! It’s hard to not get amped up, as John repeatedly could not help himself from getting excitable. John walks through the process of how real estate opportunities are found, his unique niche in the market, the value it adds to both developer and investor, and the math behind the opportunities. His passion about orchestrating niche real estate deals for accredited investors is strikingly apparent. As we discovered in his origin story, this is not something he just helps others with. This is what John has been doing, and continues to do, personally. His entrepreneurial venture was birthed from a passion to share with others the strategy he still implements. Something we find very common in the entrepreneurial space is the mindset of giving, not scarcity. John could have easily not shared this information with others, but he had a drive to get more people on his team and enjoy the journey with him. John could have easily kept this information close to the chest, yet, personally reaping the incredible value, felt compelled to bring it to market so that others could benefit.
